Are Caute Kids products safe for all ages?
Yes! Our products are dermatologically tested and made with the gentlest ingredients for kids of all ages — from toddlers to pre-teens. We always recommend patch testing first, especially for sensitive skin.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
100%! Our formulas are vegan, not tested on animals, and never will be. We love our furry friends as much as your little ones do!
Are your products tear-free?
Yes — our shampoo is specifically formulated to be gentle on little eyes. No tears, just bubbly giggles.
Are Caute Kids products free of parabens and sulfates?
Yep! No parabens, sulfates, phthalates, or other harsh nasties here. We keep it clean, natural, and cuddly.
Do you use fragrance?
We use 100% natural, child-safe fragrance that’s dermatologically tested. No overwhelming smells — just a soft, sweet scent your cub will love.
Can I use these on curly, wavy, or textured hair?
Absolutely! Our Curling Cream and Conditioner were crafted with all curl types in mind — coils, waves, spirals, and everything in between.
What ingredients do you use in Caute Kids products?
We use only the gentlest, highest quality ingredients. Our formulas are packed with nourishing oils, natural extracts, and moisturizing agents to keep your child's hair and skin happy and healthy.
How long do Caute Kids products last?
For best results, we recommend using our products within 12 months of opening. To keep them fresh, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are Caute Kids products suitable for children with sensitive skin or allergies?
Yes! Our products are dermatologically tested and designed for sensitive skin. We always recommend patch testing first to ensure they’re right for your little one, especially if they have known allergies.
Do you offer fragrance-free options?
We use 100% natural child-safe fragrances, we do not currently offer fragrance-free products. However, we keep the scents soft and gentle. If you need fragrance-free recommendations, feel free to contact us!
How do I use Caute Kids shampoo/conditioner?
Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair, lather, and rinse thoroughly. Follow up with our conditioner for soft, manageable hair. For curly or textured hair, leave the conditioner in for a few extra minutes for maximum hydration!
Shipping Questions
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our beary cozy warehouse in Thailand.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 4–7 business days once shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to almost every country on the planet. A few destinations are currently unavailable due to courier restrictions. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please contact us, and we’ll do our beary best to find an alternative.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Just click the link and follow your goodies on their way to your den!
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the paws of the carrier. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll do everything we can to help.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. You’ll see the total cost at checkout before you complete your purchase. We also offer free shipping on orders over [X amount] for select locations!
Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied by their country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we can no longer make changes. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make a change!
How is my order packaged?
We prioritize eco-friendly packaging! All of our orders are shipped using 100% recyclable and sustainable materials.
What if I received the wrong item?
Oops! If you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll get that fixed for you right away.

Is my payment info safe?
Absolutely! Our website is protected with SSL encryption, and we never store your payment details. Your personal information stays safe and secure — just the way it should be.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you need to make a change, email us immediately at support@cautekids.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our beary best to help!
I entered the wrong shipping address. Help!

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to fix it. Once it’s on its way, we’re unable to make changes and can’t be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Do you offer any discounts or promo codes?
We do from time to time! Join our newsletter or follow us on social media to get exclusive offers and early access to promos.
Will I be charged in my local currency?
All prices are listed in USD. If you're shopping from outside the U.S., your bank may convert the total into your local currency using their current exchange rate.
Why was my payment declined?

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all seals intact. Please ensure your return is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Can I return opened or used products?
We’re unable to accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered products unless they were damaged in transit. This helps ensure product safety for all our little customers.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — we do not accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or promotional bundles. These are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation when it's complete.
What if my return doesn’t meet your policy?
