We’re so happy you’re here. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you can use our website and purchase our products. By browsing or buying from us, you agree to follow these rules. If you don’t agree, that’s okay — but please don’t use our site.

We wrote these terms to be clear, fair, and — of course — a little bit beary cute 🐻.

Caute is a brand dedicated to safe, gentle, and fun haircare products for children. Our website, www.caute.com, is owned and operated by Caute Cosmetics Trading L.L.C, based in Dubai under trading license number 105066165900001.

When you use our site or buy our products, you enter into a relationship with us governed by these Terms.

By visiting our site, you agree to:

  • Not try to hack, damage, or interfere with our site or servers
  • Respect our intellectual property — that means no copying or reusing our text, images, logos, or products without permission

Ordering & Account Creation Placing Orders


  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian’s permission) to order from Caute.
  • When you place an order, you promise that all info you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud, errors, or if the product is out of stock.
  • We do our best to keep inventory updated but sometimes products sell out faster than expected.


Creating an Account


  • You may create a Caute account to manage orders, save shipping info, and receive exclusive updates.
  • Keep your password safe — you’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • If you believe your account was accessed without permission, please contact us immediately.


Payment


  • We accept payments via secure methods including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
  • All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors — we never store full credit card details ourselves.
  • By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping and handling fees are added at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to update prices or fees at any time, but you’ll always see the final price before completing your order.


Shipping & Delivery


  • We ship all orders from our cozy warehouse in Thailand.
  • Orders usually process within 1–2 business days.
  • Once shipped, delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours of shipment to follow your goodies on their way!
  • International shipping times may vary, and delays can occur due to customs or local carriers.

Returns & Refunds


  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and promotional bundles are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds apply to the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return.


If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@caute.com with your order number and photos — we’ll make it right!


Product Use & Safety


  • Our products are designed for external use only on children’s hair and skin.
  • While we carefully select safe, gentle ingredients and dermatologically test our products, every child is different.
  • We recommend performing a patch test before first use to check for sensitivity.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • If irritation occurs, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
  • Products should be used under adult supervision and kept out of reach of young children when not in use.
  • Caute is not liable for any adverse reactions or improper use.


Intellectual Property Rights


All content on the Caute website — including text, images, logos, product names, and designs — are owned or licensed by us.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


Communications & Marketing


  • By providing your email or phone number, you agree to receive order-related messages from us.
  • If you opt in, you’ll also receive fun updates, product news, and special offers.
  • You can unsubscribe or opt out anytime using links in emails or by contacting us directly.

International Orders


Right now, Caute is based in Dubai, and our beary cozy warehouse is in Thailand.
We primarily ship within [your main shipping countries/regions]. If you order from outside these areas, please know:

  • International shipping times may take a little longer and can be affected by customs or local carriers.
  • By placing an international order, you agree to these terms and understand shipping delays may happen.

  • Caute provides its website and products “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or website.
  • You agree to use our products at your own risk and understand that results may vary.
  • In no event shall Caute’ liability exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
